 a.Introduction basics of chocolate making like temperature requirement for melting, processing.
b.Method of pre-crytallising/tempering.
c.Different methods of wrapping and packing the chocolates.
This level the basic chocolates will be covered:
a. Flavored Chocolates
b.Choco Rocks
c.Almond  Rocks
d.Crakel bar
e.Kit kat.
f. Marble Chocalate
g.Butter Scotch
h.Chocolate Box.
i. Chocolate Fudge


LEVEL  2:
a. Introduction to making of truffles,chocolate,hand end robed chocolates,pralines and hollow molds/ figures.
The variations covered in this level:
a.Chocolate Truffle
b.Hazelnut Truffle
c.Coffee Star Anise Dark Chocolate
d.Crunchy Feuillentine
e.Strawberry white chocolate
f.Coconut Truffle.
g .Caramel Chocolate

All the above truffles will be made in the class will be either hand endrobed or used in the molds.
